Privacy notice
Most privacy policies are written to be defensible rather than understood. This one is written the way we would explain it if you asked on a call.

We collect the minimum we need to answer your enquiry and to know which pages are worth keeping. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising pixels on this site, and we do not email you unless you contacted us first.
If you would rather ask a person than read a policy, write to info@ninjamunk.com and we will answer in plain terms.
When you send a brief through the contact page, the details you type — project name, your name, business, email, optional phone number, service, budget range, timeline and description — are composed into an email addressed to us. They are used to reply to you and to scope the work, nothing else.
We also record anonymous, aggregated usage data: which pages get read, how quickly they load, and where visitors arrive from. It carries no name attached to it and we use it to decide which pages to improve.
Enquiry details are processed on the basis of legitimate interest: you asked us a commercial question and we are answering it. Where an engagement follows, the same details are processed to perform the contract.
Analytics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in maintaining and improving a site we own, using aggregated data that does not identify you.
Enquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence and contracts are kept for seven years, because tax and professional-liability rules require it.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. We will do it and confirm in writing.
Our email provider and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms. No other third party receives your enquiry.
We never share, rent or sell contact details, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list from an enquiry form.
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Any storage used is strictly functional — remembering that you dismissed something, for example — and expires on its own.
If that ever changes, this page changes with it, and you will be asked before anything non-essential is set.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it. Send one email to info@ninjamunk.com and we will action it within thirty days, usually far sooner.
If we ever get this wrong, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
